RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.
We don’t offer free returns, and the return cost will be calculated in the next steps based on the country and deducted from the refund amount.

Please note: returns without the security tag will not be accepted and will be sent back to the sender.

If you wish to return your item, please follow these steps:

  • To start your return procedure, [click here];

  • Once you complete the procedure, you will receive a prepaid DHL shipping label via email, along with a return authorization, which must be printed and placed inside the package;

  • Place the Akoni eyewear – which must be unworn and complete with the security tag, case, and original accessories – inside a box and apply the shipping label;

  • Drop off your return at any DHL ServicePoint.

Our team will carry out a quality control check as soon as the package arrives at our warehouse. If the product meets our quality standards, we will proceed with the refund using the same payment method as the purchase.

Note: If your return does not meet the quality standards, we reserve the right to send it back to the sender.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds 
All refunds will be issued back to your original form of payment (i.e., the same credit card) used to purchase the product being returned, and credits typically appear 10-14 business days from the day we accept your product for return. You are responsible for shipping your return back to us. Return shipping fees and costs (e.g., insurance) are non-refundable and non-reimbursable unless otherwise required by law.
